A massive thanks to Rachel and the Travel Bug team Your guidance and expertise was invaluable on our trip to Alice Springs April 2021.

Our flights, car hire and accommodation bookings were seamless.

Parrtjima desert light festival was spectacular and definitely a bucket list inclusion.

Rachel communicated continually with us throughout the period between booking, then departing and managed to replicate our booking for our friends a few weeks later.

In April 2021 we went on a trip to Alice Springs to experience Parrtjima Desert Light Festival.

Rachel and her team at Travel Bug were professional and helpful. They arranged for us to join friends on a trip we had always wanted to do. She made our experience right from the first email, car hire, flights and accommodation an absolute breeze. Everything was easy and no trouble for them. This really made our trip run smoothly.
